We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Fernando and then Nadean who was our bar tender for the night! We had a launch event at work, and I had many questions leading up to it which was never a problem for Fernando who always responded so quickly, confirming how much alcohol to buy for the right amount of people, if my margarita glasses would work, what flavours to have etc. Then Nadean arrived on the day and set up such a beautiful bar space, she even went to the shops for us when she realised we didn't have quite the right ingredients for the Spicy Margs. She was warm, chatty, funny and so generous. The cocktails were an absolute hit, especially the smoke machine for the smokey margs, it added a classy element to the 'office party' that just elevated the experience. We will most definitely be booking again with Fernando and for sure making a special request for Nadean as everyone thoroughly enjoyed her company :)

Used pop top for an in-store event. The staff were very friendly and got on with the food service and drinks service without too much need for guidance which made out lives easy. Cleaned up along the way so that when the event ended it was nice and easy for us too. Thanks.

UK Bartenders provided an excellent team to support our annual formal function at relatively short notice. The team brilliantly hosted drinks in our reception, handing drinks to arriving guests and moving around the reception room to top-up drinks. Simultaneously, half the team placed the starters on the tables ready for the guests when we moved to the tables. Additional, they were able to cover for my mistake of not placing the wine on the table by supporting myself on getting them to tables and corks removed. The staff successfully used the table plans to ensure guests received correct meals to their dietary requirements which had only been introduced to them on the evening and they adapted perfectly to the challenge. Additionally, the team would go out their way to ensure the meal progressed to schedule, supporting the chefs and myself, to ensure plates and bowls were available to the chefs for plating as well as serving additional bottles of wine to the table when requested by the guests. Once the meal concluded the team were excellent by clearing the tables quietly (not to disturb speeches in the bar next door) and were finished prior to their allotted time. Thank you very much to the team for the fantastic evening, we look forward to hiring you again!
