We hired Fat Franks for a private party of 20 and it worked brilliantly. He brought all the equipment, set everything up himself, and kept the pizzas flowing all evening - great quality, loads of variety, and everyone was full and happy by the end. Super easy to deal with and it took all the stress out of catering. Would absolutely recommend for a party or event.

Pizza Paddock catered the daytime at our wedding and all of our guests loved the pizza!! Everyone was raving about how good the food was, myself and my husband included. Enoch was super friendly and communicative leading up to the wedding and amazing at helping us with dietary requirements and allergies, which our guests and us really appreciated. When we had a few guests unable to make it and therefore pizzas left over, Enoch kindly offered to make us up a selection and leave them in boxes for us to have later - we were very grateful for these when tidying the venue up the next day. Thank you again, we would absolutely recommend 10/10 ⭐️

It was a good experience but I was disappointed that I had to come to the vendor to get a pizza and was told we were already 17 pizzas over what was projected. I don’t know how I was supposed to know that and I was under the impression that the vendor would tell people now you have to pay for a pizza. That was the only issue. Pizzas were good - maybe a bit too much salad but otherwise ok.

The dough is the most important part of any good pizza so we use Caputo Pizzeria flour, which is the secret ingredient to a perfect Neapolitan pizza. Our dough is then left to rise for 24 hours & then hand stretched and topped with San Marzano tomatoes, which are prized in Italy for their sweet flavour, and Fior Di Latte mozzarella cheese, which has a delicate, soft, creamy texture. We use only fresh, quality ingredients for our toppings, we create a unique bespoke menu for each event.
