Marvin & Carolyn were incredibly helpful from start to finish of the hire process. They gave wonderful recommendations where possible, their communication was 11/10 and the whole process was super easy. The marquee itself was perfect - the additional heating, uplighting & LED letters/numbers made the event even more special. A huge thank you again! Absolutely brilliant service from Dreams Event Hire. Fantastic communication throughout, they arrived earlier than expected for set up on the Friday and were very flexible about pick-up. The marquee was up in no time and was perfect for our small wedding reception with 17 people. Also really appreciated them using some of the water from the weights to fill up my friends' water butt! Thank you for such fantastic, friendly service!

I got the 2.5 x 2.5m marquee for a Saturday garden party and the booking process was very seamless. The marquee was delivered and set up by the staff on the Friday evening and picked up by them on the Sunday. It was good value for money👍🏾

The standard of the Marquee was pretty much as I expected it to be. It was well used, but there were no issues at all with it. it met our needs perfectly.
The Build team arrived on the Friday (Our event was on a Saturday) at about 17:15 so within the pre-agreed scheduled window (14:00 to 18:00).
There were 3 of them, they were a cheerful and polite team, and did a decent and quick job of erecting the Marquee (Probs about 40 mins).
After the event, they arrived on the Sunday morning at about 08:40 ( I was not sure what time to expect them), and 40 mins later, it was gone, and you'd never know it had been there.
I experienced quick responses, providing information to my satisfaction, when dealing with the folks from the Office beforehand.
All in all, for us, a positive experience.
