They followed up, discussed all the specifics and from then until the collection it was so smooth, friendly and professional. Our daughter’s party went off perfectly. Absolutely amazing experience with the parties complete team! We were consistently updated as to when the marquee was to be dropped off (as it was a very busy period for them and they managed to squeeze us in). The guys that set it up and took it down we’re all very personable and polite. Truly a great team and I would definitely use them again!
