We could not be happier with the service that we received. Rachel and her staff were so polite and helpful, no task was too much effort, from re-setting tables, putting out cakes, serving drinks to helping us tidy away the mess at the end! They seamlessly floated around our wedding helping and making the day run as smoothly as possible. Thankyou both, we could not have done it without you. The event ran smoothly and service on the day was perfect, arrival was punctual and everything went smoothly. On the day only issue was lack of a menu on the bar (which advert suggested would be provided)
There was limited-to-no support in preparing the menu, which is not what was suggested in the advert. Basically we said what we thought we wanted and they said "ok". Shopping list of ingredients was far too late (and I had to send 4 reminders to get it) and communication was very poor between booking and around 5 days before event - had to ask PopTop to intervene to get that communication.

Mike was absolutely amazing, very professional and friendly. The cocktails were delicious and the whole experience was fantastic and so easy to arrange.

Our bar tender called Prince was amazing. He made the whole experience very enjoyable and even stayed a little longer. The drinks were delicious and I cant recommend him and the agency more as they made it so easy.

Leon and Ben provided such a fun cocktail class, and the games provided lots of laughs! They brought everything we needed and cleaned up so it was completely stress free for us. Everyone had such a good time, really cannot recommend them enough!
