Artisan Cuisine Limited set up the hog roast very well and the Chef, Darren was friendly, polite and helpful. The roast pig and accompaniments were served on time and were excellent as was commented so by many of our guests. Darren removed the hog roast equipment and cleared up to a very good standard. "From the beginning to the end,Mark was fabulous. He listened, advised and absolutely came through. We kept upping the numbers but that did not phase him. We chose Paella’, salad and bread. Mark from Castlemoor Farm was excellent, we discussed many options as the date got closer. Mark turned up on time and was well prepared and organised. The food was outstanding and plentiful. Mark ensured everyone was full before sorting out the remainder of the roast for us to share. Really friendly and of great quality. Would certainly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of having a hogroast.
