Pat was so helpful when booking him last minute and was so communicative about everything. He arrived on time and was very good at dealing with allergies (serving celiacs first and even separating pork for them for later to stop any cross contamination) and gave us all the left over pork at the end of the night. Pat was so lovely and all guests commented on how nice and helpful he was during service. Highly recommend

The staff were helpful and flexible, there was a threat of rain, so rather than doing just a buffet they served the food on the tables to our guests.
The food itself was delicious, well cooked an the silence during the meal spoke volumes.
We would certainly consider them again for a function.

Ian and his daughter arrived on time and gave us an excellent service. I was a bit concerned that the hog roast might not be ready on time but it was. They were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious.

Our birthday BBQ from Smoulder & Scorch was delicious! - the guys set up with ease, cooked amazing food and packed away without impacting on our gathering. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as good as we hoped but it didn’t phase S&S - we had enough food to feed our party for lunch, dinner & lunch the following day. Many thanks, we’ll definitely be recommending Smoulder & Scorch and hopefully book them again in the future.

Food was fabulous - great quality and huge portions! The choice of items on the menu was great too. The ladies who came to prepare and serve the food were efficient and friendly and ensured all ran like clock work. Thank you to the whole team!
