Was a great evening - started out by making guests individual cocktails on a menu of 5 different drinks and moved to batch drinks - he ensured to fill up the jugs before leaving and kept to time. We prepped the bar beforehand and provided equipment to keep the bar area clean / dry and easy access to a sink and ice - I think if you’re planning to book this service, that would help you get the most out of it rather than a lot of the time being spent setting up / struggling to keep on top of the cleaning.
One small suggestion is to maybe let people know ahead of time what would be useful to have in terms of a more detailed equipment list. As there were many guests and one bartender, we moved to batch cocktails which worked great, but we didn’t have enough jugs - this would have been easy to get had we known :)
Also using measures the whole night would’ve been more ideal so the alcohol didn’t get rinsed so quickly, but with 50 people and one bartender, he did a good job to keep things going and the drinks were lovely. By the end of the night he had a weird mix of spirits and mixers to work with and still managed to make good drinks, so thank you for making a great night for everybody!! ☺️

All in all a very positive experience with Ruby Lemon. The bartender turned up for our event early so was ready to on time to serve our guests as they arrived. He was a little nervous to start with but soon got into the swing of things and was a very pleasant guy to have serving the guests. The only very slight issue I have was how much i had to chase ruby lemon to make sure everything was confirmed for the night but apart from that a great experience so thank you!

Mike is an absolute angel. You will never find an events manager who is more dedicated, polite, and knowledgeable. He made our wedding run so smoothly we couldn’t have done it without him.
His staff were incredibly professional, they all went above and beyond the call of duty.
I could not recommend these people enough to anyone looking for events staff. They are all wonderful people, exceptionally talented and will make your event memorable.
