Great experience with the company and Talvin who I communicated with, he was very helpful with questions etc. and the evening planning.
From start to finish everything was very smooth and on point, from messages back and forth with Talvin from the company, getting updates up to the day, no stress or hassle in any way.
On the day itself for my son's prom, the driver Dillon arrived exactly on time for 5PM as requested and promised. He was very friendly and courteous, and had a good, calm and relaxed demeanour, was always helpful with any requests and with ideas for keeping my son and his friends occupied, and entertained with the journey to the prom, they had a black, smart and shiny mercedes people carrier with entertainment etc. Inside. My son and his friends arrived smoothly and the drop off at the school was perfect, no hitches or delays, problems whatsoever.
I genuinely recommend them for a vehicle hire experience if needed for anyone on the fence and considering wether to use them, and I will be personally using them in the future for any events as and when needed for myself.
Top marks to bug baller bus.

Little disappointed I felt it could have been a bit more organised seemed quite a lot of money to be in it for less than an hour
I appreciate however the friendliness of the driver he did offer to take them out for a spin to make up a bit for being late (and to compensate) but they obviously wanted to go into the prom. They were telling me how much they enjoyed the car and it made their day so I’m thankful for that Maybe it would have been a good idea to have had a few more chats on telephone perhaps weeks before ( it didn’t help that some info went to the spam folder and I didn’t notice for a while) could have done with some advice in planning again not their fault
In hindsight I would have planned to get the car from an earlier time idve asked for more time for them to appreciate the car However it’s done now they have some amazing memories and photos Kids take these things in their stride it’s just us adults It is not a bad review All came good in the end Thankyou

Fantastic experience start to finish. Great communication. Car arrived on time, thoroughly enjoyed by my son and all his friends. Very impressive. Driver was very friendly. Brilliant experience for the boys. Highly recommend.

I booked this for my 60 th birthday excellent service... roy was very friendly answered any questions or queries ..... he had to drop us off before our stop traffic was bad but he was very appologetic woukd recomend roy would defo use this service again roy and pop top

well what can I say , it was fabulous and I changed it at last minute to a hummer which was outstanding , on time and the driver kept in touch as he set off he drove us around and around and was extremely great we had the most fabulous time and it was a surprise for my guests which they enjoyed themselves to say the least, would highly recommend .
