SK Disco were utterly amazing. Our fairly niche wedding reception playlist was handled amazingly despite the broad genres that ranged from modern hardcore punk, 90s/00s underground & alternative rock to wedding favourites and contemporary pop that ourselves and our guests all love. The responsive of SK Disco to our requests that ranged from specific tracks being played to accompanying music for speeches were very well received. We managed to hear everything we wanted to hear and have some amazing moments on the dancefloor joined by all our friends and family. The bar staff at our venue commented the following day that it was great to see people up dancing and not leaving early as can be common and we can only thank our amazing guests along with the brilliant efforts of SK Disco for this! A massive recommendation for anyone in the north from some very happy newlyweds xx

Solid Steele turned up in plenty of time to start when I’d asked them to. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating .The music was fantastic and my whole party of about 100 who had come to celebrate the life of my darling wife Pauline of nearly 50 years of marriage,and whom had died exactly 2 years to the day, really enjoyed it and saying what a great idea to have such music. It was my wife’s wish to have a steel band at her funeral if she went first,but we couldn’t have a wake afterwards because of Covid restrictions,so this was my first opportunity to put it right. Well done Solid Steele ,you were brilliant.

Chris was a last minute addition to our wedding (due to freeing up some money in our budget) and what an amazing addition he was! I always dreamt about having a pan steel drummer play at our wedding, and he made our dreams come true! He helped bring the party vibes and went down an absolute treat amongst our guests! Would love an excuse to book him again for another event!

Dan sang, played and DJ'd for my 40th Birthday party and he was the best. So friendly, personable, great fun and professional from start to finish. His playing & voice was awesome and he got everyone up dancing and created a fantastic atmosphere. Everyone had such a fab night and I would 100% recommend Dan and book again.
