So professional and thoughtful. The set up and pick up was on time. The tent, heaters etc was perfect. Everyone at the party loved it. Even though it was freezing out, the space heaters kept everyone warm. So great! Will def use them again!

Ark entertainment were amazing. Really really helpful . I will definitely be using them again. They kept me in the loop with timings and even helped me when they came to collect and I hadn’t finished clearing it . 10 out of 10 for customer service. Thanks 😊 x

Absolutely loved our chill out tent. Erected and dismantled with no worries or concerns on our part. The couple who did the job were so respectful. Brilliant!!

Absolutely amazing. We were camping in our garden to try and have a "holiday" in lockdown and it couldn't have been better. Even in the January cold and driving rain we were snug in our lovely bell tent!

Am amazing tent! Stephanie and her team did a fantastic job in decorating the tent both inside an out. It rained the whole night long but as Stephanie promised, it wouldn't dampen the mood of the party and she was right! Felt very cosy inside and the sound of the rain just added to the ambience..
Communication improved after the initial hiccup of not receiving any emails. The girls had the best time Thankyou!
