Absolutely faultless service from start to end. Tipsy Tales made my sisters lockdown hen do so special and I will never be able to thank them enough. Paige was so thorough with her communication. We were kept updated through the whole process and they even made bespoke cocktails on the menu for the bride to be and all of the party! The extra special touch of a personalised bottle of fizz was also so kind. I will never forget the hen do and I would recommend anyone considering Tipsy Tales to get in touch. The Liquid Inn Company right from the time of booking until the end of the evening were amazing. The communication I had with Mark to ensure everything was just right before the event was fantastic, even going above and beyond when we hit a speed bump 1week before. The set up was stunning and the variety of drinks (especially gin!) was fantastic but most of all the staff on the night were absolutely phenomenal. They worked so hard! They were friendly and professional and I only wish I had took all their names so I could mention them all by name. Nothing was too much trouble. I will only ever use The Liquid inn now and once I found out they did other party things too i will be using them all The time! The evening finished later than expected and they didn’t complain even though they had to travel back 3 hours to Bristol! (We are in Derby!) Thank you Liquid Inn and all the wonderful staff, you made our night!

I would give them more than 5 if I could. They were absolutely fantastic, absolutely went above and beyond to make everything from big to small wonderfully perfect for us. They thought of everything and really took the pressure off. Such great guys too who we had a great time with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again!
