From start to finish this service was absolutely outstanding.
I did a lot of shopping around and when I came across family bounce occassions I was a little sceptical for what they offer as they are fair cheaper and offer so much more then more expensive companies. Unfortunately I had not considered if access to my property was sufficient and although we encountered issues, Sam was dedicated to exploring all options to ensure that the booking could go ahead, which she did and was on hand to help with any issues.

Karl was fantastic. Easy booking process and very communicative from day 1. Made everything very easy - and the event ran perfectly. The photo booth was a bit, and Karl was great throughout. Definitely recommended!
