Booked for Wedding

My wedding was postponed due to COVID. We had to get married before August so, when the government allowed weddings again, we organised our wedding ceremony in very little time. I started looking for a photographer just the week before the wedding and, among the people I contacted, there was Chris. Since the beginning Chris was available and willing to help. He spent the time to understand what I was looking for in a photographer. He also gave me some useful pieces of advice on how to prepare for the wedding day so that the pictures would even look better. We run through the schedule together and he allowed me to send me a list of desired pics. He was very professional and well-organised. On the day of the wedding, he made us feel at ease and made sure we got all the key pictures. He also captured many precious intimate moments and those pictures still deeply move me when I see them. He was very hardworking and did not waste any good occasion to photograph us even when we were walking. He engaged with my family even if they barely speak English and you can see that in their smiles in the photos. The delivery of the pictures was fast and highly qualitative. He spent much time reviewing the photos and creating a personalised video for us. I felt like his services were tailored to us and I am very happy he got to be our wedding photographer.

Booked for Private party

Hi Cliff turned up on time and was unobtrusive and polite with guests. I think he could have been a bit more proactive in getting groups together to smile for the camera. I can't really comment on this yet though, as the photographs haven't come through on the website. He was dressed a bit on the casual side for our liking. A crisp clean shirt would have been nicer than the grey baggy polo shirt he turned up in, but perhaps he does this to blend into the background. A black crisp cotton shirt would have done the trick. Anyway, let's see what the photos are like and it was nice to know that someone was recording the event for us. Thanks for organising, best regards, Diana

We hired Hello Romance Photography for our Summer Ball at the University of Suffolk. Both photographers were brilliant, professional and friendly. They delivered the photos quickly on a USB, presented in a beautiful wooden gift box. They also created a slideshow for us with all photos. I would strongly recommend them! Nick was fantastic throughout the booking process and on the night too! Nick arrived on time, introduced himself, made sure he understood what it is that I wanted and then proceeded to keep himself busy all night. Not only did Nick capture some fantastic candid moments. Nick made sure he captured couple and family photos too! The photos were back to me within 10 days and the service provided to view the photos was extremely simple to use and share.
