Fernando and his team are absolutely BRILLIANT! If you are looking for a diligent team that is great at execution and flexible (always needed with events!) Do not hesitate to hire the team. The made great cocktails were a joy to work with and left our space in excellent condition. I cannot recommend them enough.

Booked for Birthday party

Maggie was very friendly and professional and made the evening a great success for everyone. She coped with the initial rush of cocktails well and then made up a few of each, so that people could just pop along to her and grab the same again, or be tempted to try a different one. RubyLemon had sent me a list of ingredients for each cocktail so that we could size it up to buy the ingredients, however Maggie did not have the same list. This resulted in us buying spirits that were not needed and too much of some as Maggie only used a fraction of what was suggested. On the whole though we did not end up with lots over. Everyone complimented Maggie on the taste of the cocktails and her effiency in producing them and Maggie enjoyed the evening too. It was such a bonus to have a cocktail maker at the party.

Mike is an absolute angel. You will never find an events manager who is more dedicated, polite, and knowledgeable. He made our wedding run so smoothly we couldn’t have done it without him. His staff were incredibly professional, they all went above and beyond the call of duty. I could not recommend these people enough to anyone looking for events staff. The staff arrived early and were very professional, polite and efficient. My only criticism is that I found the company quite difficult to get hold of on a couple of occasions ahead of the wedding, which was disappointing. Overall though a great service.
