The food was absolutely delicious, and they did an excellent job catering to everyone's dietary needs with a diverse menu. "From the beginning to the end,Mark was fabulous. He listened, advised and absolutely came through. We kept upping the numbers but that did not phase him. We chose Paella’, salad and bread. They were so delicious. Our guests went for seconds and thirds. From arrival Mark and Simon rigged their equipment without any fuss. They let us know when the food was ready - at the agreed time, They were so friendly to our guests. They also went around and tidied plates when people had finished. I would love to use them again if we had another event. Several guests took their card and would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much, Mark."
