The process was seeming-less but more importantly the food was delicious! Everyone who went for food did not have anything negative to say about the food or the service. The different choice of chicken on offer and the vegan offer were received very well. I will be choosing this type of food for our next corporate day in 2027.

We recently used this food service, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, polite, and friendly, making everyone feel welcome. They delivered exactly what was advertised and what we had ordered, with everything prepared and presented perfectly. They arrived on time, allowed plenty of time for setup, and were ready to start serving exactly when we needed. Their reliability and organisation made the whole experience smooth and stress free. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond, providing extra items and thoughtful touches that added great value. Booked for Celebration

We had a great lunchtime celebration for the reopening of our newly-refurbished offices and depot on 22 July. Charlie and Monster Grill provided fab quality food, and they were also on site from 6am to feed our operatives before they left for their working day too! Lunch service was ideal, great feedback on quality of food and service. Would definitely recommend Monster Grill to anyone for their event.

Booked for Birthday party

Wow!, The service so much passed my expectations. David and his crew were awesome. They were all super friendly and attentive. The bar looked great. I had them for the 2 main days of my birthday , named bobfest, and there was a theme of skulls running through so I was so pleased when they embraced that theme too. Even my dog had his own treat bowl on the bar with his name and bobfest on it. The cocktails just kept flowing and they also went around with trays of cocktails and shots. I had so much positive feedback about both the service and the staff. They even setup a "hangover" bar midday with bloody marys and virgin marys which were a great success. I could not have been more happy with the service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Last minute a caterer cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding, we were lucky enough that these guys stepped in and provided a great service. We had a festival with 3 food vendors during the day. All our guests that had burgers, said they were fantastic! Thank you again, Mr & Mrs Toms.
