Fabulous service and an immaculate tent which looked as if it was brand new. Marvin could not have been more helpful with the set up and take down and we will certainly use Poptop and Levels Marquees again. I can’t recommend them more highly, they deliver real value for money.

This was the first time I had ever needed to hire a marquee. I initially asked around friends, but either no-one had recommendations or the companies they recommended weren't free / didn't get back to me. Going with someone online was a bit daunting - but I'm glad I trusted all the positive reviews for Levels Marquees. If we need to hire a marquee in the future, I would just go straight back to them.

The standard of the Marquee was pretty much as I expected it to be. It was well used, but there were no issues at all with it. it met our needs perfectly.
The Build team arrived on the Friday (Our event was on a Saturday) at about 17:15 so within the pre-agreed scheduled window (14:00 to 18:00).
There were 3 of them, they were a cheerful and polite team, and did a decent and quick job of erecting the Marquee (Probs about 40 mins).
After the event, they arrived on the Sunday morning at about 08:40 ( I was not sure what time to expect them), and 40 mins later, it was gone, and you'd never know it had been there.
I experienced quick responses, providing information to my satisfaction, when dealing with the folks from the Office beforehand.
All in all, for us, a positive experience.

Couldn’t fault DC Marquees, Tom was so friendly and helpful and the Capri marquee I had was brilliant. So good my neighbour had the same one for her party two weeks later!
