I used The Aproned Mixologist for my 40th birthday party in my garden. From the start, the communication was fantastic. I chose the cocktails I wanted with advice from Rares, to ensure I picked the right ones for the event. Rares gave me an ingredients list, which was super helpful. On the night, they came with a bespoke framed menu for the bar, that I could keep, which was a nice touch. The bar set up was great, the drinks were amazing and Rares and his colleague were so lovely and friendly, that so many people commented on how nice they were and how great the cocktails were. Having them there made the night so much easier with the drinks taken care of. The party genuinely wouldn't have been the same without them there. Thank you so much!

Taveena, Peter and Emelin were so wonderful - they prepared and displayed food while we were at the funeral service, helped people to arrive, manned the drinks table, cleared food and drink utensils and so on. By the time they left our home was tidy of the food and drink remains, leftover food in the fridge, and all the glasses were washed and back in the boxes to return to Majestic. We could not have had the funeral reception we wanted, or talked to all our guests, without them - thank you.

Absolutely amazing set up for my 40th Birthday Party and surprise Wedding reveal! Great communication with Fernando regarding the ingredients for my cocktail choices but also very flexible and made other cocktails if ingredients were available. I had no idea how the cocktails would be displayed and it looked fab and really transformed the look of our kitchen and matched the vibe of our party! Our guests were super impressed and enjoyed the cocktail. Worth every penny and couldn’t fault the service, would definitely recommend and will most definitely use these guys again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We were very for the service from the supplier Cocktailand. Their waitress for the evening, Sarah, was excellent. She arrived promptly and was very good in serving drinks to a group of about 45 people. She helped us also to tidy up at the end. I would highly recommend the service provided.

Very poor service. Not as described at all.
The hired bar staff came on time, were professional and did a good job. Our issue is with the management at RubyLemon.
We spoke with management before the booking (after chasing them with many emails and phonecalls), to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Management did not relay any of this information at all to the hired staff, so this was a waste of our time.
However, almost 2 months after the event I was contacted by some of the hired bar staff to inform me that RubyLemon had NOT paid them, which is unacceptable considering we'd paid the full balance before the booking took place. They also mentioned they attempted to contact them multiple times and RL had started ignoring their emails.
I contacted RubyLemon by phone and was met with an incredibly rude member of staff who hung up on me, as she explained that I was not allowed to have an 'attitude', despite the fact they were the company withholding payment. I cannot stress how badly this company appears to be run.
Eventually after contacting poptop and reporting RL as a company they've majestically paid the hired staff, 58 days after the event took place and from a different company name entirely.
RubyLemon are charlatans and shysters, avoid at all costs.
