Derrick was very communicative from the moment I made the booking. He reached out to discuss my needs/wishes for the event and advised on what I would need to purchase. He allocated Kieran for our booking, he turned up early, was incredibly polite and helpful and looked super smart. All the guests complimented the service that Kieran provided and commented on how respectful and attentive he was throughout the evening. I will definitely be booking Kieran again for future events. This was very last minute and I cannot fault Michael or Afonso at all! Both were so attentive all night...and even stayed a little longer than planned. From the get go Michael had a fast response time with all messages, provided a perfect menu & detailed shopping list for the signature cocktails for our themed event and was very understanding & professional at our busy bar. Will definitely be booking again for future events!
