Brilliant service from Levels. Responsive to queries and very efficient on arrival with set-up and take down. The tent was exactly what we needed and worked really well. Only downside was we were given a 7-9am slot for set-up but they didn't actually come till midday, which was a bit frustrating - luckily not an issue for our actual event. Still would recommend!

Sam at EventTec was great ... very professional and helpful. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times and very accomodating with our requirements (eg colour of lights). The marquee and lights were a big hit .... will definitely use him again. The team at Poptop were also very helpful whenever I had any questions, extremely responsive and supportive.
