Josh from Yamas events was the perfect edition to our event, very knowledgeable and professional and was integral in making my wife's birthday a memorable event. Mike and his team were absolutely perfect, I don't think there's a single thing they could have done better. They were incredibly friendly, with our guests endlessly telling us how great they were, and they brought such a positive energy, while also reading the room perfectly to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, as we didn't want anything over-formal (although I have zero doubt that they could also provide that if required!). They were amazing from start to finish, despite it being a long day. Mike's communication from our first enquiry until the very end of the event was fantastic, which is so reassuring when you're trying to organise a big event with so many moving parts, and they coped incredibly well with our perhaps over-zealous list of instructions for the day! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!!!

Hi, we booked Wesley James for our party at the beginning of December. We booked the team in at 5.30pm and at 6pm no one had arrived, it turned out our barman had to cancel for personal reasons. I was obviously very stressed out about this. However, Caisey, who manages the team, managed to pull it out of the bag last minute and get a replacement for us. We lost a few hours of bar service, but I am really glad Caisey managed to find someone for us. She was also very apologetic, and I imagine it was quite stressful on her side as well. I would definitely use them again, cocktails were good and it was value for money.

Mixologist was great. The agency little slow at times to replay to messages. I would have rated them 5stars, the shopping list they gave me was missing 3 crucial ingredients despite me giving them a list of favourite cocktails 🍸. They suggested I buy thirteen bags of crushed & cube ice. I brought 10 of each and still had 12 leftover. Only suggestions I’ve for the agency is they let the mixologist request the ingredients list. Totally recommend 👍😁
