Wraggle Taggle Ceilidh Band
Recent review: Mick and the band were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. When they arrived they had to make do with a slightly smaller area than originally expected but there were no complaints and they just got on with it and put on a brilliant performance, everyone who attended the party commented that the band really made it a great night!

Spring Heeled Jacks
Recent review: "As a band playing Irish music they were good, unfortunately we didn't get what I asked for. As I said to you most of the people attending would not be Irish so I wanted a band that could play well known songs and would engage their audience.. I'm afraid there was no interaction with their audience all night they just played their music without speaking apart from saying welcome to St Patrick's night at the start. I come from an Irish family and I know most of the Irish numbers but there was nothing I could participate in all night apart from the Irish Rover which was sung in the style of the Pogues which no one could sing along with. At the end of the night they just said that's it and finished. I'm afraid I got a bit of stick from some of my committee after it was over as they had complaints from people. Sorry to negative"
Recent review: Absolute were fantastic! Their professionalism made everything incredibly easy for us. They made the day extra special learning secret songs to surprise my bride and their Irish set was simply brilliant. The whole wedding loved them. I couldn't recommend them enough. 10/10

Josie - Electric & Acoustic Fiddle (Violin), Flute: Rock, Pop, Folk, Irish & more
Recent review: """We decided to have Josie entertain our guests with her fiddle for our annual Burns Night celebration. Her attention to detail was impressive regarding the music selection, timings of the performance and interaction with our speaker, and despite the venue's restrictions, Josie played a brilliant set of Scottish folk music. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and would indeed employ her again for another event if required."
BLACK VELVET BAND - Ceilidh, Irish & Hoedown
Recent review: "The Black Velvet Dance Band were very good musicians, but there was only two of them who turned up and I was led to believe there would be three ? So it was more of a ""duo"". I was told to expect them at 6:30pm to set up and play background music but they were late and we all got a bit concerned, including the caller. Their own sound system was okay but I think it was a combination of really bad acoustics the sports hall makes as well with a lot of echoing. The lady caller was nice enough but she looked a bit tense and I wasn't sure if she actually enjoyed herself ! Fortunately, those attending the event seemed to enjoy themselves and it's always great to see people from young boys to grandparents getting up and having a dance. Considering the band cost £500 in total, I don't think I will be doing it this way again and would rather find out more about a band through word of mouth."
Recent review: What an amazing time we had dancing to the Stomping Boondocks. They guys were great from start to finish and made sure the party will be one everyone remembers. Communication from start to finish was excellent and I highly recommend these guys should you want to get your guests up on the floor.
