Great communication, Andy answered all of my questions before and after booking, he messaged a few days before my event date to confirm set up time and again the day after my event to confirm collection time. They arrived during a very hectic part of the set up and slotted in perfectly, they were so friendly and approachable and it is so clear they really love what they do!
