Such a great experience - Debbie & co confirmed what time we wanted to start serving food then arrived and set everything up in time for that, and their setup made queuing and choosing your food really easy. They didn't need a power source as everything was BBQ'ed, and it was DELICIOUS! Lots of choice (though most people went for some of everything!), dietary requirements (veggie, vegan and Halal) were all well catered for and absolutely everything was provided - plates (actually boxes, for ease of carrying) cutlery, napkins, condiments, salads, sauces and masses of amazing food. Many people came up to me (the party organiser) during the event to say how great the food was, and some people even took boxes of leftovers home - one person said the curried mutton was the best thing about the entire party! We'd book them again without hesitation - everything was hot, fresh, full of flavour and just a bit different from a standard British BBQ :)

I would highly recommend using Pats Pots for a party or any event where you are looking for catering. The food was delicious and an excellent variety and generous portions. We had the chicken patties and lemon and pepper chicken starters, lamb curry, steak in garlic, prawns in garlic, jollof and rice and peas. A fabulous feast. Shall be using again.

"Juicy Roots food was of a very high standard. We were initially impressed with them when we went for our initial consultation and tasting. Cassandra was very professional and friendly and put us at ease immediately. Our first taste of the food had us hooked and we knew there and then that these were the caterers for us.
On the day they served every course with professionalism and speed, and even catered for my daughters special request for apple crumble and Custer’s that their Chef Bobby made especial, that was gone in a flash as it so nic. From the starter to the desert, all three courses were tasty and presented well.
We would not hesitate to recommend and use Juicy Roots again."

The chefs for our occasion were very good indeed. The food was well cooked and much enjoyed by all. The staff were friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Spice It Up! Many thanks to Dennis, Corinne and Natanya. They worked very hard to give us all a good meal!

I really can't recommend Debbie highly enough. The menu was exactly what we were looking for and on the evening she had arrived and was set-up in plenty of time so that the food was available when we needed it. The food itself was excellent, well prepared and tasty with good options for a number of vegetarian and vegan guests as well as a wonderful goat curry. Would certainly book them again if I was organising another event. Thanks Debbie
