I can't fault the service provided which ticked all the boxes for my event and what I needed from it. The responsiveness of the team when I had questions where quick. When the waiting staff were running a few minutes late, I got a response straight away and they worked the extra time in any case. Both waiting staff were well presented, polite and completed all tasks as required. I would absolutely use them again.

Communication was poor ahead of the event and the shopping list was way out with vast amounts of over ordering leaving us with tons of booze and various cocktail making syrups and ingredients. We’ll get through the alcohol at some point. Daniel was great on the day. He made out party. Thank you

Roger dealt amazingly under pressure with communication issues and went the extra mile to help us out - we really cannot thank him enough. Even with a short time scale to work with Roger remained professional and committed - a real perfectionist who has a passion for his craft and wanted to bring our ideas to life!
The bespoke drinks he created were incredible, on brand and left everyone at our event leaving impressed and happy! Not to mention the drinks were absolutely delicious. Roger was professional and social adding some charm to our Office event!

"Miss Reid and her staff were excellent, professional, polite, and a joy to work with. They were neatly turned out, they arrived on time, they were excellent with the guests and they didn't wait to be told what to do they used their initiative to make sure everything moved smoothly.
At the end of the evening they made sure everything was spik and span and even came with their own cans of air fresheners.
