"It was good. The only disappointment was that my original quote specifically said that it would be for 20 headsets with 3 channels and would also include an MP3 loaded with cheesy music. I only realised upon arrival that infanct we were only getting 2 channels as only 2 transmitters (I didn't know you needed 1 per channel until I read set up directions) and no MP3 was included. The event was still great as it was still a novelty for the guests, however I had messaged a couple of company's and went with you for the 3 channels. I would like to be partially refunded for the mis same of the 3 channels and the inclusion of the MP3- with regret. Other than that arrived promptly was easy to set up and use, quality equipment. Just should have been clearer I was only getting 2 channels and no MP3... it meant we had to unexpectedly use someone's phone so the playlist was disrupted and no prepared."
