From start to finish, the whole process with Poptop and Super Silent Discos was seamless, from the quote, to ordering (although I did forget to let the others who quoted know that we didn't need them - please make sure you do, so that they can reallocate resources) to delivery and Vicky was incredibly responsive and helpful to the couple of questions I did have. Upon opening the crate of goodies we were a little worried we wouldn't be able to get it all set up, but the instructions are super clear and we managed to check off everything (again - make sure you do this as soon as the kit arrives so that in the unlikely event of something being missing / not working there's time to get it replaced). All of our kit worked first time out of the box and the event was a MASSIVE hit with the girls. We'd expected the silent disco element to last between 30-45 minutes out of the three hours they were here, in the end about 2 hours was on the silent disco, we barely needed to lift a finger as they were having such a blast. Also the range on these things was incredible - we could even get a signal two floors up in the house which was not expected - would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using again - now to re-pack all the stuff and get it sent back!

We had the best time at my 50th birthday party, box arrived in plenty of time. everything you need provided, headphones already fully charged, connectors for iPhones and Samsung provided. My friends were really chuffed when groups of people were dancing to their playlists. I had a mixture of teenagers and adults and found everyone enjoying dancing with each other. I already have friends asking where I got it from and want to hire for their own parties! The hire company helped with my questions and were available on their number at all times. It was fantastic entertainment for my party and would 100% recommend.

Communication prior was really good. We pre-tested the device multiple times before the event, but on the day they would not work properly, had to reset and ended up having access to 2 channels we couldn’t choose and with an hour only access to 1. Not sure what happened, but for me ruined the wedding not being able to listen to more than jump up pop music across 2 channels
