Booked for Birthday party

We got the marquee up just in time for our party but it was close as there was a mix up with our job and the next (some tent poles were missing so the lads had to travel back to base to retrieve the necessary parts). No problem with anyone making a mistake. More communication would've been helpful as we didn't hear from the company when they were supposed to contact us regarding delivery times the day before the party. That caused us a bit of worry but in the end everything turned out great.

We recently hired a 6m x 4m marquee and dance floor for a party on April 2nd 2022 from Levels Marquee and Event Hire and couldn't have been more delighted with their service. The marquee and flooring were good quality, as were the infrared heaters we added at the last moment when the temperature was forecast to drop to -3C on the night of April 2nd. Marvin, who dealt with our booking, was reliable and professional, dealt with our questions at once and arrived as agreed the day before the party to set up. When it turned out that blustery winds were forecast for the following evening he set out from home to collect extra equipment to secure the marquee and then drove many miles back to us arriving late in the evening, cheerful as ever, to install it. The whole booking went smoothly and the the fee for everything involved was very reasonable. Marvin's helpful friendly manner made the run up to the big event a pleasure. In spite of the inclement weather we had an epic and memorable party dancing our socks off till 2.30am. Thanks Marvin, highly recommend the services of Levels Marquee Hire.

The tent was amazing and so efficiently put up and taken down. Nothing was too much trouble for Angela. The decorations and lights were fantastic. I had 6 very happy 11 year olds who had the best birthday party sleepover ever……thanks so much

An efficient and hassle free service. I would recommend to anyone organising a birthday party who doesnt want the hassle of organising tent and beds themselves. Also the Yurt itself is far better than using the usual 6 man tent, especially to make the occasion extra special for a birthday.

I booked Faraway Hideaway for a weekend in the Cotswolds. They turned up exactly when they said they would both to put the bell tent up and take it down again. The tent was lovely, just like the photos - loads of space with comfy beds, nice bedding and nice touches like lots of led candle lights, bunting; it even said the name of our camp site on a light box.
