Booked for Wedding

Overall, I recommend this supplier despite some issues I mention below. On the day chauffeur was friendly and helpful and did everything he could to make everyone feel at ease. The car was immaculately presented. However, the company's record keeping was inaccurate in two respects: 1) The initial invoice sent to me showed the incorrect date - an important detail. 2) The wedding service ran late, and on coming out of the church the chauffeur advised me that the 2 hour hire period would expire in 20 minutes. I agreed to pay for any additional time. After the event, I checked the original booking on Poptop and found it was for 3 hours. I have pointed this out to the supplier, but not had any reply; nor have I made any additional payment. As I wrote at the start, I do recommend this company but advise booking through Poptop and carefully checking their invoices and confirmations received from them.

Ken was outstanding throughout the whole process from booking to the day. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to rearrange our wedding to which ken was more than accomodating assisting us with the re booking process. The day before our wedding we were informed our Venus had flooded but had been provided with another venue at the last minute to which again Ken was outstanding and happily assisted getting us too the next venue. The Bentley itself is immaculate and expertly driven at all times. I would highly recommend ken to anyone. Thanks again to Ken for making our day even more perfect.

The Car comes "dressed" with flower decor inside the car plus ribbon & bows in your chosen colours. There is also a complimentary bottle of bubbly (or non-alcoholic drink if preferred) for the happy couple if the car takes you onto a separate reception venue.

The VW Camper has been converted solely for wedding transport with a "J" seat configuration in the back for up to 5 passengers with an additional seat in the front. The vehicle is in two tone cream & ivory. Easy access via the side sliding door. Please note that there are no seatbelts in the back.
