Communication to be fair, I can’t really fault. They rang me 2 hrs prior to confirm the postcode as the hotel that they were collecting from had 3 postcodes in London. Unfortunately the Limo was 20 minutes late arriving due to traffic, but did add the time on to the end. Luckily the theatre was delayed by a short while. The limousine overall was beautiful, very clean and a fantastic experience. Price for the hour was just short of £400, which in my eyes was a little expensive, but you are paying London prices and for the experience. The chauffeur was a foreigner, but was very well mannered and very well dressed. Would I use the company again? Yer I would, subject to the event.

Hired for a year 11 prom night, they had a lovely time. It did arrive half an hour late which only gave them half an hour in the bus. The driver was lovely and very friendly.
