Out tacos and burritos are made fresh to order on our very groovy 1970 Citroën HY van. We use an 8-hour slow cook for our classic 'quesabirria'. This is our (deservedly) most popular taco. Every Mexican region has its version and this is ours. Served with a cup of 'birria' (consommé) that the beef has cooked in, to dip your taco in & then drink! We also serve a king prawn taco and an amazing portabella mushroom & black bean taco for vegetarians. All of our tacos are gluten-free.

About supplier

With over 30 years in hospitality and 3 years on the truck, we are well placed to provide excellent food and excellent service. Our menu is small and simple so that we can focus on quality. We use fresh local produce and buy our chillies and seasonings from an authentic Mexican company.
