Booked for Birthday party

I was nervous as I had booked last minute and all online, but I needn’t to be. The service, the food and the whole experience was great. My guests (around 14) were all delighted and so full by the end of it! We had the canapés + 2 bowls each (risotto + tagliata) and there was plenty to go around. The chef also accomodate my egg allergy: I had chosen the mini burgers (as too good to pass, although due to the bun I wouldn’t have had them): he made some egg free for me! The two chefs showed up with serving platters and disposable cutlery / bowls. They cleaned up after themselves. One after thought: if you want so, make sure to ask the chefs to leave behind everything; I think some got thrown away if not enough of it (ie two arancini left = bin). I’d have happily had them the next day 😂. All in all flawless service. Will certainly book them again. Bravo!

A huge thank you to Stewart for catering our recent 40th birthday party. His communication was great, particularly with our attendee numbers fluctuating over the weeks prior! He went out of his way to prepare a special birthday treat for my other half of his favourite chocolates - the attention to detail was great and food quality and quantity just perfect. The pakora was particularly popular! Thanks for making our day stress free!

"When I needed a caterer for my mums birthday party I came across McCallas Caribbean Cuisine and I can honestly say I made the perfect choice. The food they provided was awesome; freshly prepared and very very tasty. The Curried Goat was well prepared, the meat had great consistency and the taste was just right; not over seasoned and was just how my mum makes. Ooh and the Jerk Salmon was to die for. Very tender with a taste sensation that can only be described as sublime. Roxanne was my main contact before, during and after the event. I found her to be polite, friendly, approachable and everything was 100% professional. On the evening of the event, I found the staff she provided to serve the food, very well presented, polite, friendly and very efficient. They made the buffet service run very smoothly. Overall, although they weren’t the cheapest company I found, I can say speaking from my own personal experience, I found them to be the best. Worth every penny. If I could, I’d most definitely give a ranking of 10. A huge thank you goes out to Roxanne and her staff, the food and service you provided really played a huge part and made my event that ever more special. It feels great to know I have access to the best Caribbean Cuisine in London. You made myself, my mum and our guests very happy and totally satisfied. Excellent work!"
