Pop top isn’t the best platform to use so this is the only part with 4* on the review - but Tatjana was fantastic, 5* all round. She did 8 canapés, 2 customised at our request and was very accommodating and responsive throughout. Would definitely use again. Thank you!!

What an amazing experience we had with Yana, Jose, Ellie & Ellie from Crocus Paella who catered our postponed wedding reception this weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better service, or a better team to cater our reception. They were so friendly and made the most excellent food which was so tasty, traditional, filling and the Paella is also naturally gluten free, nut free and dairy free. Everyone really enjoyed it all! There was plenty left over for people to come and get second helpings. The tapas choices were also absolutely excellent, beautiful meats and cheese selections and fabulous croquettes, all clearly labelled with dietary information where needed. I couldn’t think of a better option for catering which suited absolutely everyone’s preferences and needs than the amazing paella from Crocus Paella, all for an extremely reasonable price. The team set everything up with minimal fuss and a huge amount of enthusiasm. We’ll be recommending them to anyone and everyone, don’t hesitate to book them for your event immediately! We would post some pictures but the food was so excellent it was gobbled before we managed to get some snaps!! We will be looking out for their stands around Brighton, wonderful food from wonderful people. Thank you all so much for such a smashing meal!

Couldn’t have asked for more. Dawn was in regular contact from the time I placed the order until it was delivered. She made a few changes to personalise our order and there was more than enough food. On top of all of that….the food was amazing.

We had a few issues with delivers but understandably so with Covid-19 and Christmas. But would most definitely say it was well worth the wait

We were thoroughly impressed by Marmite Fine Dining. Ian proposed a delicious sounding menu and emailed a week before the event to check that we were happy with arrangements. He and Marie arrived at the venue and took all of the stress of cooking for a crowd away. They did everything they could to accommodate our various requests. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Many of our guests commented on the quality of the buffet.

It was a last minute booking, so I'm grateful and found Lauren very professional, excellent communication. The food menu has good choices and the food was as described. It was nice and nothing wrong at all, but I did find it a little pricey for the very simple offer.
