The party itself went well; however, there were several issues with the marquee that caused concern. The marquee leaked from the top, which became problematic during the event. Additionally, because the area consisted of a patio leading onto grass, there was a ledge that created a dip under the marquee flooring. This dip was hazardous, and several guests nearly tripped as a result.
Furthermore, the underlay provided was insufficient for the conditions. As the grass was wet, guests’ feet became wet and the ground softened, causing people to sink into the grass. This affected both comfort and safety throughout the event.

Thank you for coming on time to install and pick up. The Marquee was very nice, clean, spacious with the lights and tables. It safe our night because started to rain. I absolutely going to use their service again. The picture is the same as delivered marquee. The only things is to respond to the email or text messages quicker, because clients/customers are stressed out for their party and they want to make sure everything is set up on time. Thank you again for your service and you will hear from us again. 5*

The set up was early and way before the time I needed it but that was great because it meant I was able to concentrate on other things. I would definitely recommend using their services. Items (tables & chairs) delivered were exactly as expected. Thanks again!

Marvin and his colleagues were brilliant from start to finish. They came to see the site early and advised in the best size marquee. They gave advice about site preparation. On the day they turned up really early to set up. They were clean and efficient. They offered a range of extras - we chose a carpet and heater - and you can pick those only a few days before once you’ve checked the weather for your event. It was very easy indeed. We’ll use Marvin again. And we felt they were really good value.

Wow what can I say!! Amazing service from beginning to end. Absolutely fantastic marquee, incredible price and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me out with all of my questions and requests- however big or small. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back in the future!
