Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future. Absolutely brilliant service. Mike totally went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The set up was great. We had a brilliant time. Mike was always on the end of the phone if we had a question about something. Great bloke and top quality equipment and service. I won’t be using anyone else in future and will definitely be hiring from Tubs and Castles again. Thanks again Mike
