Hi, unfortunately we were VERY disappointed with the catering yesterday. I’ve attached what I saw on your website which was exactly what we wanted and sounded fantastic. We thought all this would be great for almost £100. The other photo I’ve attached is what we actually had (we added the chocolates and the crisps) it was only 3 round plates of food? This is NOT what was stated on your website. I contacted her immediately and she told me that we had been mislead. We were DEFINITELY mislead as paying almost £100 for this was NOT acceptable. We were very disappointed showing the hen her buffet for the night.
We wouldn’t order from here again now as it was false advertising. I went into your website again to see what came up when I went to book and that exact menu came up again.
Is there anything you can do about this, please?

It was great working with Simon. He took the stress out of everything, was punctual and efficient. The guests loved the buffet. The only suggestion I would make is to reduce the portion sizes! They were pretty big.
Nothing went to waste though, we were able to pack food for the next day :)

Delicious, fresh and tasty selection of sandwiches, great communication beforehand and lovely delivery service. Ordered at very short notice and wasn’t any issues. Will definitely order again and look at other food services they offer once lockdown restrictions allow. Thank you. Emma

Fabulous sharing platters - so much yumminess on each platter. A wonderful mix of cheeses, continental meats, artisan breads, fruit, pickles - so much choice and all sorted with just 3 days notice. Thank you so much Lisa, you are a superstar

We had an excellent experience with Black Truffle. They got in touch early, were very clear on their offer, and responded very promptly to any questions we had. The choice of food was great for a range of allergies and dietary requirements, and Mariola provided full breakdowns on ingredients. On the day the food arrived bang on time, great quality and was well presented. Everything was eaten, and several people asked for the name of the catering company. I would like to say thanks, it was a pleasure dealing with Black Truffle.
