Firstly I must say what a great find PopTop was for helping me find a private chef to cook my birthday meal. But the search stopped immediately once Zachary Jaxon's quote was received. I knew their exciting menu was just what I was looking for! From the very first communication with Sarah, she was a delight to deal with in the planning stage. Always responding to my enquiries quickly and informatively. She made everything so easy, and I felt completely comfortable, having never done anything like this before. From the moment Riad and Jon arrived, they were amazing, both so friendly. It was fascinating to watch them set up and just crack on in a completely unknown environment! Riad kept me fully informed on how the evening would run so I was left to just sit back, relax and enjoy their delicious food! And what an absolutely top quality meal we were all served! Everything was cooked to perfection and so beautifully presented. The food was all wonderful and clearly cooked to a very high standard. The compliments were flowing around the table and everyone was so impressed with the quality of what was delivered. But by far, the run away winner was the beef filet. I don’t eat meat, but to watch my neighbour cut through the meat like butter, it was obvious how tender and perfectly cooked it was. People were still raving about it the following day! I knew clear down was included, but again, how professional were Riad and Jon in putting the kitchen back exactly as they found it….probably even cleaner in fact! Many people saw their attention to detail as they meticulous worked their way around. From start to finish Zackery Jaxon really did give me the most fabulous, professional, friendly, top quality experience for what I consider to be such good value too. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a private chef experience.

Mario started off our evening with some fun, with a variety of games and tricks that had everyone laughing. Just what you need for a hen party! If you've been to a cocktail making class in a bar, this experience is a lot better for large groups with everyone interacting and having fun at the same time, there was no sitting around waiting. We had 19 in our group and everyone said how great it was and said they'd use him again. I'd highly recommend Mario and would use him in the future!
