Javi prepared sangria, paella and tapas for 23 people. He came to our house and set up his cooking equipment on our patio. He’s quite a show man and produced amazing Spanish authentic food. Simon was fantastic from the extensive menu options and short notice to prepare to the delicious food and professional service...everything was wonderful! I would highly recommend his services. We had a 3 course meal, 11 people at our Airbnb which was organised with only 2 days notice. He has great menu choices for vegetarians and was extremely accommodating for our vegan guest. 5/5 thanks Simon!
