Really professional and hard working. We had a last minute replacement bar person due to sickness, Monika, she was really great, couldn't thought her efforts. Would have been a '5' but we specifically requested someone who could mix cocktails and she didn't seem entirely confident in putting together the suggested menu we had agreed with the company ahead of the event.

We celebrated my daughters 18th Birthday party with the help from Mike the cocktail waiter.... wow i was blown away by how brilliant Mike was. He knew his stuff, and made my daughters party.
