System was easy to set up and use, also very impressed with the customer service! There was an issue at my local parcelforce depot which delayed delivery but Ryan was super quick and helpful in getting it sorted and even offered to send out another system as back up - luckily the system arrived in time so this wasn't required. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book!

This was my first experience of a silent disco and with the added responsibility of setting it up, I was slightly apprehensive.
Fortunately, the event proved extremely popular with all the guests and by the end of the night they were dancing and singing along to the anthems.
The ease of using the headsets and only offering one channel simplified the whole process.
Sara's advice and guidance was invaluable....and she responded to my enquiries very promptly.
The boxes arrived when I requested and they've been re-packed awaiting collection. Again, this aspect of the process worked very well.
One small piece of feedback.....when I opened the boxes and went through the contents, I discovered a note which suggested photographing each box. But by then, everything was on the floor! So, earlier notification to do this would have been helpful.
Otherwise, the service and support was excellent. In fact, one of guests has asked if I'd organise a silent disco for their big birthday - after last night, I think I might!

I can't express enough how Hedfone Party went above and beyond to assist in my daughters 16th birthday. Simon was very responsive to all my initial queries via email and then throug phone calls. Then came day of the delivery and DPD caused huge complications that Simon battled through to ensure my daughter received the headphones. He tried to trace the parcel; reassign delivery with no success, to then travel over 200 miles to deliver his spare set so my daughter did not miss out on her party! I cant fault his committment to the purchase of this Silent Disco package. Just to add, it was very easy to assemble the headsets and transmitters with his instructions and the night was a massive success due to his assistance throughout. I will 100% be using his company again!

We had a flawless transaction… personal and efficient.
I had one or two questions once ( I must say the high quality) equipment arrived. Sara answered immediately… fantastic service. Everything was smooth from delivery to pick up .. I would highly recommend Discomania for both their outstanding equipment and service.

Really great service and great equipment. Booked 25 sets for my daughters 5th birthday and it was great. Super easy to book and delivery/collection was seamless. Would highly recommend.
