The runaways were amazing! Amazing performance and lovely people! Very kind and even didn’t mind moving when the cold weather was against us. Thank you for making our wedding so special. We are very grateful to David, Michael and Mark for doing such a great job at a Barn Dance/ Ceilidh we held a few days ago to raise funds to help a Catholic Secondary School in Sudan.
It was a really joyful evening. Michael, the fiddle player, was very patient and good natured in explaining the dances.
Between the dances, the band would play pop/jazz music - and people got up and danced to these as well. By the end virtually everybody was dancing. Blag's versatility and range of repertoire area real advantages. David also provided useful information in the weeks before the barn dance
Thoroughly recommend this sort of event. It can be a job persuading people who are unfamiliar with Ceilidhs to come, but once they are there, they really enjoy it. They are very inclusive and we had people of all ages (and dancing abilities) participating. Blag are ideal for such events.

Really pleased we booked Lyrebirds and will consider them for future events. They fitted the brief perfectly and the guests were very complimentary. We had circa 60 attendees at an after work networking event. Many thanks!

Excellent ceilidh band and hassle free to deal with. We hired Shenanigan for our wedding, they were really good at getting everyone involved and all had a great time. We also took the option of the DJ package so we could play our own music between sets. They added to making it a thoroughly enjoyable day for everyone and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The Mexican Way gave a wonderful performance at our Mexican Fiesta. They were very professional and all our guests were very impressed by their authenticity.
