Food service was an hour late as the truck was late. Despite calling multiple times on the contact number provided we had no contact on the day, or explanation for the lateness. However when the food truck arrived the food was excellent. Service once they arrived was quick and good. Communication prior to the day was good- it was just on the day that was the issue. A courtesy call to let us know they were running late, or answering of our calls and voicemail, would have lessened the worry caused by the absence of the food truck at the planned time!

Big Slice Pizza were the perfect choice for our wedding. We wanted good, tasty food for our guests and I'm so glad I found them on Poptop. Big Slice were quick to respond, very helpful and had a great range of flavours to choose from. Compared to other caterers, their food was affordable and it saved me worrying that there wouldn't be enough - there was plenty!
Our guests really enjoyed their pizzas. Big Slice Pizza were very helpful, carrying the pizzas inside because the weather wasn't the best. They cooked for the 2 hour timeslot and made sure they cooked all of the pizzas before the end of the timeslot so guests could help themselves after they'd left.
Sorry I didn't get to thank you guys before you headed home. It was great to have you guys catering for us. I wouldn't hesitate to book you again. :)

Loved the horse box ,which you even managed to squeeze into the restricted area we wanted it in .
Everyone found you to be friendly and efficient and offer a good range of drinks at a good price .
Any communication since booking has always been both quick and accomodating to our wishes .
