Incredible experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Just be sure to check the equipment when it arrives (which was a few days before the event, for us) as they are super quick to replace anything faulty.

Had a great party and the guests really enjoyed the silent disco. Got prompt replies to messages and questions. Was a little confused as iPads and microphones were delivered (that I hadn't ordered). One transmitter came with wrong cables, but I was able to replace it myself and didn't get the company involved. Allow plenty of time for set up, took me a while to make everything work properly and without interference. Two of the transmitters switched off during the event, but could be switched back on without a problem once I noticed - not sure what happened there. Delivery was smooth and dpd was amazing with giving one hour time slots on the day of delivery/pick up. Would order again.
