Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

Thank you so much for catering our wedding on a Tuesday in the middle of nowhere! The food was delicious with generous portions and not a single complaint by anyone! Very accommodating to our guests, we had a few vegetarians which wasn’t a problem for them and still delivered them a delicious meal.
