We booked last minute and chose Chef Lucas Catering Services.
Everything went smoothly from the outset. As soon as the booking was confirmed I phoned up and arranged everything for the day of the event.
When they arrived they set up quickly and fed the guests. Awesome gyros, much needed after a day’s drinking. The deep fried haloumi was spectacular. After they left you wouldn’t have known they had been as everything was tidied up.
Would definitely use Poptop and Chef Lucas Catering Services again.

Amazing food! All the guests absolutely loved the fish and chips and parents were amazed at the kids chicken and chips! High quality food and service!

Waqaar and Jay were phenomenal at my daughters 18th birthday on New Years Eve…. We had awful weather with wind, rain, hail and even some snow for a marquee party in the garden. They arrived early to set up and found they were unable to get the oven through to the garden. I was ready to cry but they perked me up, dealt with the situation and delivered fresh delicious pizzas all evening.
The guests loved the pizzas and were raving about them long after they left.
Definately a huge thumbs up, they are the nicest guys who despite an awful start made the party a huge success.
Call them as you won’t be disappointed.

Christian and Jade were great. They were adaptable when things when wrong (as they inevitably do with events) and quietly provided excellent service. The food was delicious; so many guests were raving about it. A hearty hogroast was just the thing for a rainy October day. Thank you so much guys and good luck for the future.
Regarding Poptop, I am grateful that it got me in touch with Christian but I otherwise found it a bit of a pain. I wouldn't use it again personally, as I like to be able to contact a supplier directly rather than having to log in to a website to do so. I think it would be good if you organised events often or had all your suppliers from there but I would have preferred to just have Christian's number and didn't really see what the site added for their cut.

The food was amazing, the veggie meals too… they got a big thumbs up. Everyone loved the meals: Holy Moly Burger and Chips, Salt Chilli Chicken with chips and rice, Thai Chicken Curry and Chips/Rice. Really lovely people, super friendly, polite, and on time. We would definitely recommend them and have them back again… thank you!
