Hire Bartender or Mixologist in Swansea

Great experience with Nicolai. He was on time, managed to provide a large number of different cocktails and our guests were delighted.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Fernando and then Nadean who was our bar tender for the night! We had a launch event at work, and I had many questions leading up to it which was never a problem for Fernando who always responded so quickly, confirming how much alcohol to buy for the right amount of people, if my margarita glasses would work, what flavours to have etc. Then Nadean arrived on the day and set up such a beautiful bar space, she even went to the shops for us when she realised we didn't have quite the right ingredients for the Spicy Margs. She was warm, chatty, funny and so generous. The cocktails were an absolute hit, especially the smoke machine for the smokey margs, it added a classy element to the 'office party' that just elevated the experience. We will most definitely be booking again with Fernando and for sure making a special request for Nadean as everyone thoroughly enjoyed her company :)

Very poor service. Not as described at all. The hired bar staff came on time, were professional and did a good job. Our issue is with the management at RubyLemon. We spoke with management before the booking (after chasing them with many emails and phonecalls), to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Management did not relay any of this information at all to the hired staff, so this was a waste of our time. However, almost 2 months after the event I was contacted by some of the hired bar staff to inform me that RubyLemon had NOT paid them, which is unacceptable considering we'd paid the full balance before the booking took place. They also mentioned they attempted to contact them multiple times and RL had started ignoring their emails. I contacted RubyLemon by phone and was met with an incredibly rude member of staff who hung up on me, as she explained that I was not allowed to have an 'attitude', despite the fact they were the company withholding payment. I cannot stress how badly this company appears to be run. Eventually after contacting poptop and reporting RL as a company they've majestically paid the hired staff, 58 days after the event took place and from a different company name entirely. RubyLemon are charlatans and shysters, avoid at all costs.

Thanks to Lucian for being a wonderful bartender, but would not book via Cocktail Time (David) in future. Was initially tricky to get hold of him - waited 24 hours and left a unreturned voicemail (mentioned he was out of town - but doesn't take a minute to send an email to someone who has paid a deposit!). Eventually got a call back 2/3 days later. Put together a menu of 3 cocktails and 1 mocktail. He forgot to add soda water to the shopping list for the mocktails which luckily my wife caught while ordering (or that would have been a disaster), but coffee beans were missed for espresso martinis and there was garnish confusion where David put specific garnishes for 1 of the cocktails but didn't tell us (or the bartender) how they associated, so the bartender asked for something else. When given the feedback, he defended his list (minus the beans). I feel he needs to step up and appreciate we didn't pay him for a list, we paid for an overall management service this is quite a fundamental error. When putting the list together, he mentioned he doesn't have a standard list of cocktails but I'd rather have had a standard list then go bespoke, and miss ingredients.

Extremely pleased with the service! David was very helpful before hand with the shopping list tailored to the kind of cocktails we like. Carlos was an excellent bartender, he arrived promptly and made excellent cocktails! It was the perfect touch to the make the evening extra special. I would highly recommend and wouldn't have hesitate to use again!
