The roast comes with staff to supervise the operation, and carve & serve the meat. Our roast machine is on wheels so getting to the tricky areas is not a problem. Meat takes between 8-10 hours of cooking time, we cook the meat on our premises and leave the last hour for your event, so you and guests can see the Lamb being cooked before placing it on the top of the roast machine for the carving, which is always the focal point and gives the wow factor to any event.

Amazing service and superb Hog Roast! My retirement do at school for nearly 100 staff was fantastic - Tom Piper catered for everyone’s tastes - down to a personal level.
