Ryan and his co worker arrived in very good time, as requested. They were quick, efficient and got the job done in no time at all. I was happy with the cost of the tent but it was windy on the day which meant it took much longer for the guys from Pretty Small Tents to put up the tent than what was said at the start (1hr instead of 15min). It meant we were a little pushed for time setting up before our event. Otherwise very friendly and flexible
