The owners of the marquee arrived on time, very friendly people, went through all the necessary details with me, I appreciated that they took a picture of the marquee beforehand then after too. Staff were great, arrived on time. The only thing that wasn't great was the condition of the chairs and tables. The chairs were clean but had a lot of rust spots on the seats, the legs were more orange than white from rust. The tables you could not use without a table cloth as they were scuffed on the edges. The tables were clean but didn't look clean from the marks.

I was happy with the cost of the tent but it was windy on the day which meant it took much longer for the guys from Pretty Small Tents to put up the tent than what was said at the start (1hr instead of 15min). It meant we were a little pushed for time setting up before our event. Otherwise very friendly and flexible

Excellent service. Get my tent, table and chair set up nicely before my party. The additional light and heat that I added helped as it rained on the evening of my party. All guests were warm and feeling cosy until they left around 10.30 pm. Paul is an excellent communicator. Kept me updated about the set-up before and after the party dismantle.
